PROTOTYPE (itch) (Blue Light Games) Mac OS

'Face the endless hordes of enemies and kill Ma'loko - the god of evil' :)

Eternity (julleh) mac os. ---

To be honest, this is my first game / prototype - at this point, it is very basic, it doesn't have any boss :) but I always wanted to make a game, and this pandemic year seems perfect for it ;) It's more like a work in progress project or very, very, very early preview / access ;)

Win,Mac,Linux: HaxeFlixel is a 2D Game Engine that lets you create cross-platform games easier with free, open source technology! 2dponggame mac os. The Haxe programming language is a very modern, high-level programming language. Elapsed time mac os. It is very easy to learn if you're already familiar with Java, C, PHP, AS3, or any similar object-oriented language. The Macintosh project began in 1979 when Jef Raskin, an Apple employee, envisioned an easy-to-use, low-cost computer for the average consumer. He wanted to name the computer after his favorite type of apple, the McIntosh, but the spelling was changed to 'Macintosh' for legal reasons as the original was the same spelling as that used by McIntosh Laboratory, Inc., an audio equipment. Run for your life as a prototype battle robot in a testing lab. Swarms of drones give chase, so time is of the essence! Try to get the highest score possible. Controls: Arrow keys for left and right, Space to jump. Use mouse in menus.

The concept of the game is simple - kill the hordes of enemies and beat the multiple bosses at the end :)

About 15 years ago, I was quite hardcore World of Warcraft player and I would like to have my game focused around fighting aspect, with a lot of skills involved, with clever enemies (ie. cooperating with each other) and smart, scripted boss fights. At least, that's my goal ;) https://cooleup864.weebly.com/duplicate-photos-fixer-pro-1-9-6-download-free.html.

The core of the game was built, based on great youTube tutorial, created by HeartBeast (for Game Maker Studio). Frogbike mac os. Without it, I would probably never learn Game Development on my own. But I liked the lessons, so since the beginning of 2021, I kind of dedicated 1-3 hours daily to go through every part of tutorial. After finishing tutorial, I slowly started changing things (and watching more tutorials ;p). So far I learnt how to:

  • have some basic, progressing game mechanic (incoming waves of the enemies)
  • create, program some basic types of enemies (melee, flying-melee, flying range)
  • change the graphics to my taste by using plenty of different assets (free and paid), tiles, sprites :), add some light fx
  • add music, sound effects
  • add basic skills, combos, special attacks (using energy or cooldown), block, roll etc.
  • basic items drop (potions etc.)

I am a software engineer but to be honest the challenges in game development are totally diffrent :) than my backend / fullstack engineer experience (I currently work on . production ready kitchen appliance ecosystem for . some company ;) ). One of the biggest challenges is to spend 8 hours daily programming at work and then go home and . spend additional 1-3 hours daily making my game :) It's hard to keep your brain sharp ;)

Like I said, the stage of it, is very, very, very early, not even alpha, beta, gamma, the concept of the game may totally change but it'll be all focused around fights ;) It's not a metroidvania because I don't have resources to create all of these beautiful rooms, places :) - I want to keep my game 'world' very small (maybe it'll be more or less closer to arenas) but filled with action.

I have tons of things on my roadmap BUT I also wanted to put something on the Internet because hopefully, it'll keep my motivation high and I will add Windows / Mac OS working game files. Currently it's just some images and video (recorded from the phone - yeah, I was a bit spontanious creating this page on itch ;) ).

Prototype (itch) (blue Light Games) Mac Os Update

The world is actually a simulation, but it's starting to glitch. Fix the glitches as they appear in the world by selecting an identical part of the world and pasting it on top of the glitch. Don't let the citizens notice, or they'll panic and the simulation will have to be terminated!
